Every piece at Alora's Dress is made to order, just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our bridal accessories — including veils, sleeves, and scarves — all sales are final once an order has been delivered. We kindly ask that you review all product details, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Deposits & Custom Orders A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your order and secure your production slot. Because production begins shortly after confirmation, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable — including in cases of cancellation, change of mind, event postponement, or order changes once production has started.
